This cheese sable combines the hot spiciness of Ishigaki Island’s “island togarashi” with the gentle flavor of Okinawan Flat lemon. Of course, the taste is enhanced by Ishigaki’s millet sugar, Yonehara sea salt, hand-cracked eggs, and piperth(Piper Longum).Flour and butter are of course domestically produced and contain no preservatives.
